Very quiet location, yet central location for activities of all kinds. Living room The bright and spacious living room with kitchenette and dining area has a glass front facing the terrace. From the pull-out sofa you can enjoy a TV evening on the large 75-inch smart TV with satellite connection. Kitchen The bright, well thought-out eat-in kitchen on the upper floor is modern and fully equipped. From the dining area you have a view of the nearby Netherköpfchen and the village. Master bedroom The master bedroom is on the upper floor of the house. A modern and comfortable box spring bed (160 × 210) awaits you for a good night's sleep. In addition, a wardrobe offers you enough space to store your belongings. The 32-inch smart TV (smart only) can entertain you. Connect your media such as Amazon stick. Child room The children's room is located on the (lower) ground floor right next to the entrance and can accommodate two children or adults. Two bunk beds (90 x 210) are adapted to the room. Bathroom + guest bathroom The spacious bathroom with shower is located on the (lower) ground floor. A hairdryer is provided. Opposite the bathroom is an additional toilet and urinal. Hallway On the ground floor is the entrance to the house and a spacious hallway from which the children's room and bathrooms lead off. From here you can reach the living area and the master bedroom upstairs via a spiral staircase. Here you will also find extensive information about tourist destinations in the Harz. Outdoor area The spacious outdoor area with lovingly designed garden on the slope offers you the perfect place to relax outdoors. The large sun terrace becomes the second living room in summer. You can relax wonderfully here. A view of the valley is provided. A fixed barbecue and garden furniture invite you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings. The terrace can also be reached from the outside via stairs. In front of the house, there are two private parking spaces. Location Haus Fuchswinkel is located where fox and rabbit say good night and is still close enough to all kinds of attractions of the eastern and high Harz. The state-recognized resort of Güntersberge is located on the upper Selketal and has a station of the Selketalbahn, one of the routes of the Harz narrow-gauge railway. The mountain lake, not far from our vacation home, invites you to swim in summer. Hiking trails run right outside the door towards Stiege, Allrode or Friedrichsbrunn. The house is very quiet and accessible via an unpaved nature trail. Pullman City, suspension bridge, mines are easy to reach by car, bus or the Selketalbahn. The Brocken can be reached by train with a transfer. Special features: The ride on the Selketalbahn and buses is free. The city of Harzgerode charges guest fees, which must be paid to the landlord upon arrival at the latest. Adults 2.50 euros per night Children 7-17 years 1.50 euros per night Discounts are possible against appropriate proof. Pets cost: Up to 2 dogs may be brought along. The stay costs 12 euros per night per pet. Additional costs: All additional costs that cannot be booked in the booking process will be listed by the landlord in an additional invoice before arrival and must be paid by the tenant before arrival.
