Just beyond, the separate kitchen and dining area boast beautiful views of the private quaint lake. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet feast, making it easy for those who love to cook. Step through the back door to find a quaint secure patio area, with garden dining set and charcoal BBQ. For added convenience, a small cloakroom with a toilet is located downstairs. Upstairs, the spacious bedroom offers a true retreat, featuring a luxurious super-king-sized bed that can be split into two singles upon request. Wake up to stunning views each morning and enjoy the comfort of an ensuite bathroom, creating the perfect haven for relaxation. Guest access The cottage is located via a shared private drive, with parking available for up to two cars. Clearly marked signs indicate the designated spaces. At the rear of the property, you'll find a charming small patio, accessible through the back door. Please note that the surrounding grounds are private and are not included in this listing. Other things to note Mulberry Cottage is located in the grounds of a family home. The driveway is shared with the owners but there is a designated parking space for guests at the cottage. The views from the rear if the garden are over the shared garden and lake although the cottage does have its own secure fenced area. We welcome dogs and just ask guests to adhere to the usual doggie rules, ie, not on furniture and to take care of the cottage. We kindly ask that guests are respectful of the neighbours. The family have dogs and children who may on occasions be heard playing near by.
