Unwind with your own 55-inch smart TV in the room, with Apple TV and Cosmote TV included (or log into your own Netflix if you prefer), and you'll have your own private bathroom just steps away, plus direct access to a large 100sqm garden (fully screened for privacy, so it feels like your own backyard) — perfect for morning coffee, a workout, or a sunset glass of wine. Underground parking is also available for a small daily fee, if you're driving. You'll share a stylish kitchen fitted with Miele appliances and a cozy fireplace lounge with Apple TV and Cosmote TV, and there's the option to add a second room next door — similar in size, with huge built-in wardrobes, and comfortable for two — if you're traveling with a friend or family member. I live here too — I work remotely as a digital nomad, and I'm also a yoga teacher and personal trainer (strictly for fun these days, though I'm always up for a stretch or a chat about training). I'm into music, sports, and animals, and I eat healthy most of the time — with the occasional ice cream exception. My own pets are calm and social, so if yours are the same, bring them along. Whether you're passing through for a few nights or settling in for a longer stay, you'll have your own comfortable space and a genuinely nice home to come back to. Guest access You'll have exclusive use of your room and one of the two bathrooms in the house. You'll also have access to the shared kitchen (with Miele appliances), the living room with fireplace, and the private 100sqm garden. There's also the option to rent a second room next door (similar size, with large built-in wardrobes, comfortable for two) — in that case, the bathroom would be shared between the two rooms. Underground parking is also available for a small daily fee. During your stay I'll be around throughout your stay, so you can easily find me whenever you need anything. I work from home, so I'm available most hours, but I fully respect your privacy — spend as much time as you like in your own space, or say hello in the shared kitchen, whatever suits you. If you're up for it, we could do some morning practice together in the garden, cook dinner together one evening, or just watch a movie with a cat purring in each of our laps. I'm always happy to give recommendations for the area or help with anything you need. Other things to note Also living in the house are my cats and dog — who mostly like to sleep all day or sunbathe. They won't come into your room unless you'd like them to. There's a washer-dryer in your bathroom for your own use. If you'd like to cook, I'm happy to show you how to use the kitchen and the stovetop — and if you fancy making a vegan pastitsio or moussaka together, I'm all in!!! I'd appreciate it if you left the kitchen clean as you found it, took care not to cause any damage, and remembered to turn off the air conditioning when you leave the room. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but you're welcome to smoke in the garden. If you're traveling with a pet and want to go out for an evening, I'm a great pet sitter — if I happen to be home at the time, I'm happy to look after them while you're away.
