Relax here in our cozy space, w/ kitchen, 2 baths and a saltwater pool! Sleeps 10-13 plus a toddler. 2 areas: studio apartment w/kitchen & 2 bdrm area with rec room, in a new walk-out basement and a spectacular view. For bigger groups, if you need a larger gathering area, message me and tell me your needs. I can send you the link for our larger space that includes an additional 3 bedroom area on this level, a large common area w/kitchen, dining, living space ( sleeps up to 28). The space we are the perfect location for your while group to stay for Manti Temple weddings, Manti San Pete county fair and Rodeo, Contoy arena events in Mt Pleasant, sports tournaments, ect. The studio apartment has a triple twin bunk, and a Queen Murphy bed with a comfortable 10" gel mattress. There is a flex room that can be perfect for napping toddlers (toddler mattress provided), megablock toys, a full bath, a kitchen with a large pantry, dining table, and couch for lounging and conversation. This room has an amazing view! The 2nd area features 2 bedrooms that has a queen bed with double bed trundle that pulls out . The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed and pull out twin. This living room area has a dining table great for games ( it extends) or for remote working and is great for movies with a 55" new smart TV. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower. Your stay will conveniently include access to double washer/dryers and access to the spacious back patio with a spectacular view of the valley and access to an acre of recreational land nestled amongst juniper trees at the back of the property, complete with fire pit and space to play. bring your own shade tents/ yard games/ camp chairs to enjoy the 360 degree mountain view. Wood bundles, s'mores kits with roasters, and soft serve ice cream maker available to rent. Chest cooler available to use, 1 free wood bundle. Bring your own sleds for the Toboggan hill, sure to entertain kids and adults alike before coming inside to warm up. The upper level of this home is reserved for the owners family residing there. You will have a completely separate entrance, driveway, parking and play area with no needed interaction. In May-Sept, upon booking and a 10 day notice, in most cases, owners can Vacate the property during your stay for a additional charge (contact host for pricing details). With this option, there will be an animal caretaker on the property for a half hour each morning to care for the farm animals. Guest access You have full use of the two apartment areas mentioned and both washers and dryers in the adjacent laundry area as well as the back patio and about an acre of private recreational area with fire pit at the back of the property. Other things to note for guests over 12 people, there is a 1 time $15 charge. Space for 13 in beds ( one is a sofa bed), plus one more on a sofa bed that requires our help to set up, ( if you REALLY need that extra bed) and there is one toddler mattress.
