Key Features: Comfortable Bedrooms: Sleep soundly in the spacious king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a cozy queen bed in the second bedroom, and a comfy single-bed with another single trundle bed underneath all with high-quality linens. Modern Bathrooms: Two well-appointed bathrooms with all the essentials, including a shower, toilet, and complimentary toiletries. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Enjoy cooking in a fully stocked kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and all necessary cookware. Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry companions along! The secured backyard provides a safe, enclosed space for your pets to enjoy. Secure Parking: With a 3-car garage, there's plenty of room for your vehicles, offering extra convenience and security. Free Wi-Fi: Stay connected with fast, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the entire home. Private Backyard: Relax or entertain in the fully secured backyard, perfect for outdoor dining or play. What you will expect on arrival: You will enter through the receiving area living room of the home where you will find an area for relaxation with our reclining sofa chairs. The 6-seater dining area and a fully equipped kitchen is right in the middle of the house. From the dining area you will also find a corridor leading to the 3 bedrooms equipped with a King-size bed and an ensuite, a Queen-size bed, and a single-bed with a trundle. All made complete with High-quality linens and plush towels for your stay. You may also find the secondary bathroom by the corridor, both bathrooms have provided essentials such as; body wash, conditioner, shampoo, hand soap and tissue rolls. The laundry room is just through the other room next to the Kitchen where you will find a washer with laundry detergent provided. Out the back is a secure enclosed private backyard area for your pets to roam around and play in. You may fit up to 2-3 cars inside the driveway and additionally 1 or 2 more outside the enclosed garage on the driveway. Guest access You as guests will have access to the whole house. Other things to note Please note, this listing is proving very popular with pet owners and we do really want to keep it open to pets! However, we do have a house rule and request no pets are allowed in the bed or couches. This rule exists for the benefit of both the cleaners and future guests. Keeping this rule will help keep the listing open as a pet-friendly option. Additional Rules: *NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking inside the house may result in a fine/fee. You are welcome to smoke outdoors but please make sure you clean up and dispose of rubbish where necessary. *EXCESSIVE NOISE LEVELS*: Please turn down the noise levels past 10PM (10 o'clock at night), to avoid any disturbance from our neighbors and the surrounding area. *LOSS OF KEYS*: Any related costs that stems from the loss of keys during the period of your stay will be your responsibility, meaning any outsourced services and/or replacements are at your own costs as guests.
