~Animal-free property ~Fiber 1 Gig Whole-Home WIFI ~Roughly 30 minutes from Cedar Point ~Less than 5 minutes from Main Street Norwalk (many events/festivals) ~Approx. 35 minutes from Lake Erie Shores & Islands (ferry to the islands, visit Sandusky Bay, or Marblehead Lighthouse) ~Approx. 35 minutes from Huron Harbor Lighthouse ~Minutes to various coffee shops, cafes/restaurants, & breweries/wineries ~Golf courses less than 10 minutes away ~Quiet dead-end street in friendly neighborhood The space 3 Bedroom: King Master w/Ensuite, Queen in 2nd BR, & Full in 3rd BR Extra blankets are available in the closets in each bedroom. Please leave empty vacuum seal bags in closet if blankets are needed/used. Kitchen is stocked with toaster oven, blender, coffee pot, pots & pans, plates/bowls/glasses for adults and children, cooking utensils, can opener, and bakeware. Some spices are available. Starter supply of paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, & coffee/sugar/creamer. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap & 3 rolls of toilet paper. Laundry room has starter supply of laundry detergent & dryer sheets. You will find a 65" Roku Smart TV in the living room, 43" Roku Smart TV in the master bedroom and the queen bedroom, & 40" Roku Smart TV in the full bedroom....for streaming with your favorite apps. Each tv is set to "guest mode" so you are welcome to sign into your own accounts, such as YouTube TV, YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, etc (you may need to add the app) and you will automatically be signed out at checkout time. When enjoying the backyard, please stay within the area directly behind the house. Please NO CLIMBING on fencing at the rear of property. The property is on a dead-end street with very little traffic outside of the local neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet, has friendly neighbors, and a great location to take a stroll. Garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Listing has an animal exemption on file due to medical reasons. No animals allowed. Evidence of any animal will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and incur an extra $150 fee to cover extra cleaning fees. Evidence of any animal after checkout will result in an extra $300. Please read house rules before booking. All booking requests require a First & Last name of each guest within 24 hours after booking as proof of agreement of house rules. Number of people on reservation will be monitored via exterior motion activated cameras & strictly enforced. Additional guests on the property will result in additional fee of $150 per guest/per occurrence or termination of rental agreement and removal of entire group from premises with NO REFUND, whichever the host chooses. All trash must be in kitchen trash bags when placed into trash cans. The city will not pick up the trash if trash is in any other bags besides kitchen trash bags. If trash has to be bagged from trash cans or trash is refused by the city, you will be charged $50.
