Admire the magnificent view of Presolana from the delightful balcony, perfect for observing the mountains in total tranquility. Enjoy the view, spectacular in every season, with the colors changing from the intense green of summer to the whiteness of the snow in winter, they offering a unique experience, surrounded by majestic nature. The space "Viola's nest" is about a 5-minute walk from the town center and very close to the new ski lifts and ski slopes, as well as the start of many trekking paths to reach Presolana and its mountain chalets. The apartment is located on the first floor of the Neviland Resort complex and consists of: - living room with kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and eating meals, table with chairs, satellite TV and queen-size sofa bed - attic mezzanine with 2 single beds accessible through a fixed wooden ladder - double bedroom with wardrobe and TV - terrace with magnificent view of the Presolana with table and chairs - bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, cabinets and washing machine. - fast Internet connection available to guests. The ceiling is exposed wood throughout the apartment as well as the terrace. In the living area there is a thermo fireplace (use is only permitted for stays of at least one week due to factors related to the maintenance process. If use is permitted, our representative will explain the rules for its operation). The location The Neviland Resort complex is located in a quiet and private position, with a splendid view of the Presolana massif, ideal for those who love the mountain landscape in all seasons. Given the proximity to all the services available in the town and to the ski lifts (cable car which starts very close to our apartment), guests can easily get around on foot.
