Our finely renovated property is an old house located in the historic center of Tresnuraghes, a small village 5 minutes by car from the sea. The spaces are very large, inside and outside, and will allow you to enjoy a pleasant vacation away from the chaos of the city. The space The house consists of 3 bedrooms, including 2 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and 1 double bedroom with single beds. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, bed linen and towels for your stay. On the ground floor there is a large living area complete with dining table, sofa bed and TV, with direct access to the internal courtyard equipped with barbecue, dining table and outdoor shower. A staircase leads to a large terrace on the first floor. The ground floor is completed by a large kitchen with a dishwasher, a laundry room, a pantry, and a large bathroom. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms and 2 terraces. The spaces are very large and will allow you to spend most of your vacation outdoors in total respect of your privacy. The house is equipped with wi-fi internet and air conditioning in all rooms. To ensure greater convenience and flexibility for guests, self check-in and self check-out is always available through a box with a secret code in which to find/leave the keys. The code will be provided to guests once the booking is made. It is the ideal accommodation for families with children or groups of friends who want to share a vacation. Guest access The guest who books this accommodation has exclusive access to all the rooms in the house. Other things to note The house is located on a quiet, peaceful street with little traffic. A 1-minute walk away are grocery stores, tobacco shops, restaurants, bars and a weekly market. Free parking is available nearby.
