The condominium is wonderful, with a great location, 24-hour doorman, playground, walking areas, ballroom, a private parking space, and a bus stop in front. You'll find everything you need to relax and feel at home. Guest access The location is a great highlight! The neighborhood is super quiet, located in the west side of the city and has everything you could need just a few steps away. Market right in front of the condominium, delicious snack bars and pizzerias (one of them on the corner!), pharmacies, ice cream parlor, barbershops, beauty salons and laundromats. In addition, we are next to the best universities and close to lively bars for those who want to enjoy the nightlife. Easy access to downtown and highways makes everything even more convenient! In addition, you can access all common areas of the condominium, common areas of the apartment, and of course all rooms are private.
