Private room with double bed and shared bathroom in spacious house, comfortable and quiet. Ideal for students, temporary workers and/or tourists. 4 blocks from the UTN. Close to main avenues. The space The house has 2 rooms each provided with a double bed, place for storing clothes, TV, wifi and heating. There are 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one on the ground floor where the rest of the shared sectors such as living room, kitchen, quincho with grill and gym and in the park a pool are located. Guest access You can have the shared sectors, pool, gym, living room and kitchen During your stay I will live with guests in the shared sectors and they will also have my cell phone for any doubt or inconvenience Other things to note In the house we live with my 3 dogs, they are super sociable and docile. Cooking easily made meals such as sandwiches, salads, American breakfasts, pastas, etc. We have options for ordering and elaborating breakfast and meals at extra cost.
