Private room with double bed and shared bathroom in a spacious, comfortable and quiet house. Ideal for students, temporary workers and/or tourists. 4 blocks from the UTN. Close to main avenues. The space The house has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a place to store clothes, TV, wifi and heating. There are 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs where the rest of the shared areas are located, such as the living room, kitchen, barbecue grill and gym, and in the park there is a swimming pool. Guest access You can use the shared areas, pool, gym, living room and kitchen During your stay I will be with the guests in the shared areas and they will also have my cell phone for any questions or concerns Other things to note We live in the house with my 3 dogs, they are super sociable and docile. Cooking easy-to-make meals such as sandwiches, salads, American breakfasts, pasta, etc. is allowed. We have options for ordering and preparing breakfasts and meals at extra cost.
