Dining area to seat 6, with French windows opening out into to the garden, plus a serving hatch from the kitchen. Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher. There is an additional large utility room with further sink, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble drier, drying rack and iron, plus ample storage for garden and sports equipment and a perfect space for drying off soggy dogs or children. Staircase to first floor: Master bedroom with beautiful high beamed ceilings, 5ft king sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. En suite bathroom with rainfall shower over bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom 2 with 3ft bunk beds, wardrobe with drawers underneath. Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft single beds, chest of drawers and hanging hooks Family Shower room with walk in shower cubicle, basin, shaver socket, WC. Outside: Lawn and paved patio area edged with hedging and low stone walls, leading to the open paved driveway. Garden table and chairs, charcoal barbecue. Parking: Private parking on open paved driveway for one car. Ample visitor parking in courtyard square as available. Other things to note Included: Bed linen and towels, travel cot, high chair. Electricity and central heating (gas). Pets: 1 well behaved dog welcome (not upstairs or on furniture) Pet charge £30 per pet per week. Telephone: Telephone for incoming calls only.
