The granny flat is fully self-contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, and parking space. Enjoy total privacy — no shared areas with the main house. The space The room consists of an open area that has 1 queen bed, sofa bed , en-suite, built-in wardrobe, a study table, TV, a new air conditioner, manual roller shutters for privacy and a smoke detector. Wifi is also available. Guest access Guest access is via your own private entrance located at the left front of the property, away from the main house entrance with a lock box for easy check in at any time. For up to two vehicles, private, secure off street parking via an automatic gate is provided. Other things to note No smoking/ vaping inside the house We do not share our kitchen and washing machine with guests. Guest can use microwave, kettle and toaster provided. Outdoor kitchen sink and gas BBQ with side burner is also available for use. Guests can find Star Laundromat (110 Yorktown Road, Elizabeth Park, SA 5113) at Parks Shopping Centre - 3 min drive The three-bedroom attached house is sometimes occupied by other guests. It is almost fully sound proofed. If both properties have guests, we just ask all to be mindful of noise.
