Our duplex apartments (approx. 70 square meters, maximum 4–5 people) feature 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 levels. These are connected by a staircase inside the apartment. The old farmhouse and the villa, both in a prime location with a huge garden, are waiting for you. The main building, which houses the reception desk and breakfast room, features our three large, newly furnished maisonette apartments with 2–3 bedrooms, as well as our three-room “Hochsitz” apartment with two bedrooms and a private entrance. In the villa, you’ll find lovingly renovated, modern 1- to 2-room apartments ranging from 28 to 50 m². All of our renovated apartments feature new, high-quality oak floors. The kitchenettes and bathrooms have been completely renovated. We’re especially pleased with our new spruce beds, which were crafted by local carpenters. To ensure the best—and most sustainable—sleep, we’ve chosen high-quality Coco-Mat natural mattresses. Wood, green, and gray tones dominate the decor. In addition, all apartments feature a kitchenette or mini-kitchen with basic amenities (stovetop, refrigerator, sink) and seating, as well as a balcony or private small terrace. The breakfast room and reception area have also been renovated—walls were removed and patio doors installed, creating an airy, modern space. Of course, the Bavarian touches are still there! Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Chromecast (stream your Netflix or Amazon Prime content directly) go without saying. In our large garden, you’ll find sun loungers, our fantastic cabin sauna, mature trees, and a playground.
