Includes an AC, TV, Dongle, king-sized bed, extra mattress, and a wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom BEDROOM 2 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, TV, Dongle, king-sized bed, extra mattress, and a wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom and an Attached Balcony. BATHROOMS There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is 1 living room in Unit 1. Includes a Dongle, a sound system, and a patio. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen only for reheating purposes. It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food are allowed. LAWN There is a 5000 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 10 people at any given time. POOL There is a private infinity pool and a separate kids' pool. The pool is 30ft x 15ft with a depth of 4.2ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access Out of the 4BHK villa, guests have access to 2 rooms and the kitchen, which is available for reheating purposes only. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
