Other things to note Please note that the cost of electricity and water consumption is not included in the fee. Reading of water and electricity meters is done together with the check-in host upon arrival and at checkout. Cost of electricity is 8 thb/KWh and water 40thb/m3. A 10,000thb deposit fee is levied upon check in. The deposit is returned upon check out after the electricity and water consumption is regulated.
