Welcome to our Happy Place - Ideal for Family Staycations. This is a centrally-located place in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Area near Rabindra Bharati University & Metro. Its 650 sq. ft. fully furnished apartment on 1st floor with short staircase. You will have a kitchen, equipped with utensils, gas etc. Main bedroom with one large king size double bed, storage unit AC room with attached toilet along with a Large Dining Living Hall having sitting & a single bed. The space We are here to welcome and offer our guests a cozy family apartment on the 1st floor in a quite, residential area also located on prominent main road. It has fully-functional kitchen with cooking gas stove and other essential appliances and all the basic amenities a guest would need. Guest can mention any particular thing needed in advance to us. You are most welcome to stay here! - Comfortable stay for 2-4 : It can house up to 4 adults - 2 adults (+ 1 child) on the King size double bed in the main bedroom,1 adult on the floor mattress.(Additional bedding and Floor mattress can be provided with an advance information to us) 1 adult on the single bed in the common room. - Ease of access of transport and proximity : Walking distance from Dum Dum Junction / Metro Station 20 mins (6.5 Km) by car from Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata. (Via Metro 10 mins) 30 mins (10 Km) by car from train station 'Howrah'. From Howrah station to Dum Dum - 20 mins 25 mins (6.5 Km) by car from train station 'Sealdah'. 15 mins (4 Km) by car from train station 'Kolkata'. Howrah, Sealdah, and Kolkata are the three main train railway junctions in and around Kolkata for long distance trains. The time estimates may vary depending on traffic. Autos + Rikshaws are available nearby to go to Dum Dum metro station. 5 mins walkable distance from Dum Dum Metro / Dum Dum Railway Station. Getting around : By Air - Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport (CCU), Kolkata; then by car or use METRO directly to the apartment. Via Air and Metro - Board from Jai Hind Metro Station (the airport) to Dum Dum Metro Station, take the Yellow Line metro from Jai Hind towards Noapara / Dum Dum . You will have to get off at Noapara station, where you will change to the Blue Line to reach Dum Dum Metro Station. By car (Uber/Ola/Taxi): The apartment falls within the Uber/Ola network, so a car in only a few clicks away from any part of the city. Apart from Uber, Ola is a popular Indian cab company. Additionally yellow taxis roam the city for hire. However beware of unnecessary price hikes. We insist on booking cabs through Uber/Ola whenever possible. By Train : to Howrah / Sealdah/ Kolkata /Dum Dum station (any 4 Stations) then by car to the apartment. Other things to note The building has a common main entrance which guests can access and has to self lock during entry and exit as per building norms. Guest Limit: Adhere to booking confirmation; extra persons incur additional charges. The apartment is well stocked with cleaning materials and tools so that guests can use them as and when needed by them. Cleaning : The cleaning fee is charged during booking is for cleaning the property prior to arrival of guests and post their departure. We provide a complimentary cleaning every 3rd day of stay only for the stay of more than 28 night. Extra cleaning is chargeable as per airbnb policy cleaning Fresh bed linen, with 2 each of bath towels and hand towels are provided at every cleaning. All guests are required to provide valid government-recognized photo ID Proof before check-in, as mandated by the government. •⁠ ⁠Foreign nationals: Provide passport/visa copy. •⁠ ⁠Late/Early check-in/out: Subject to availability (notify us 2 days prior). Check-in shall be denied if valid documents are not submitted to the host well in advance of arrival. Wifi arrangement is not available in this property at this moment. Guests who need it - request them to make their own Wifi arrangements. Television is under maintenance mode. Laundry Machine is not available in this property. Two of our suggestions are - Pleasure, Chowman. Also you may find famous eateries like Wow!Momo & 6 Ballygunge Place Takeaway , towards the metro line near Dum Dum Junction itself. You will also be amazed to be around famous old Calcutta sweet shops around 500 m radius.
