The space Olive Quarters. Open layout - 1 room. - Ideal for 4 with a max of 10 pax. - A dedicated toilet & bath is located outside the unit. - 30 sqm room. Queen bed x 2, table & chairs, night tables x 2, hatrack, divider. Room layout will be reconfigured to accommodate 6-10 pax. - GoogleTV, A/C, electric fan, ceiling fan, side tables and lamps. - Rates start at 4 pax, 6th to 10th pax will be charged P1,000 each. Children below 3 feet in height are FREE. - Check-in from 1PM to 10PM; check-out at 11AM the next day. Early check-in and late checkout depends on the availability. Be worry-free from domestic chores. - Breakfast will be served to all staying guests from 8-10AM. - Food meals can be ordered in advance at Canvas Leaf farm to table restaurant. - Dining areas: Canvas Leaf and West Garden. - Cooking is NOT ALLOWED. Dining utensils and cooking equipment is NOT AVAILABLE. - Eating inside the accommodation unit is NOT ALLOWED. - Parking space: 10 cars - High speed wifi is available. The farm will NOT be affected when there is a volcanic activity, as we are >14km from Taal Volcano. No lake view. Guest access Exclusive areas for staying guests: - West Garden: Orchidarium, Spanish fountain, Dining area + Garden setting - Multi-Purpose Hall: Gym, Activity and Game Area - Vegetable gardens - Non-chlorinated eco-infinity pool. Our family and farm staff are residing in the property. We can be tapped for assistance when required. Other things to note Yes, we are pet-friendly! 1. We only allow small to medium-sized, well-behaved pets with prior notice. 2. We charge P500 per pet. Max of 2. 3. Provide their own pet bedding and food. 4. They must wear diapers at all times and owners must immediately clean after them. 5. Present updated vaccination card >1 day before check-in. 6. We ask that pets stay off the furniture and are never left unattended. Damages of sheets, pillows, furnitures and others items will be charged from P2,000 up. We can separately arrange the following upon ample notice and availability: - Full body massage (P1,100) 
 - Bone setting/chiropractic sessions (P2,000 for a min of 2pax). - Bonfire session (P500)
 - Shuttle service (van or car) for your pickup and drop off in any point in Metro Manila to and from our farm. The rate depends on the pick up and drop off location. As a courtesy and in the true spirit of Airbnb: - Take care of our place as much as we do; - Clean and tidy up as you go, we will charge ₱1,000 for cleaning fee when the room is unreasonably dirty & unkept.
