Guest access The entire home except for an inaccessible mezzanine. Other things to note We would like to draw your attention to the requirement to sign a seasonal rental agreement – regardless of the length of your stay – which we will provide to you by email. The provision of a resort insurance certificate (free from your home insurer) is required to validate your file. Maximum capacity: 10 people (including children and babies) The accommodation is intended to accommodate a maximum of 10 persons, including children and infants. Please respect this limit for security and compliance purposes. The price includes end of stay cleaning (on an estimated 6 hours max cleaning, beyond billing), linens (2 towels per person, 4 tea towels, a sponge, sheets - beds ready on arrival), wifi, charges. A welcome booklet including the rules of life of the cottage will be sent to you before your arrival. We attach great importance to the calm of the place and respect for the neighborhood. Parties are not allowed, and we ask that you take care of noise disturbances after 10pm. We nevertheless understand that a group stay rhymes with conviviality: we count on you to enjoy the place in good humor, with respect and measure. Access to outside people is not allowed, except with prior agreement of the owner and within the maximum capacity of the cottage. Non-smoking cottage (including e-cigarettes).
