Room in village near Stamford

Our home just outside Stamford is a short car journey to the centre of town. We live in a beautiful village and there is street parking available in the culdsac where out house is situated. We have a large double room available to rent, one with its own en-suite and is able to host a family of 4. The space The guest room is a large and spacious room, with a double bed, full-size single day bed and space for a further single. There is wardrobe space for you to utilise during your stay. We have a tea/coffee station and there will always be a few treats available. The room has black out blinds and thick curtains so that you have a restful nights sleep. The room has recently been decorated and is a good standard. We do have a very friendly dog called Kobi who will be desperate to be your best friend (he’s a very typical spaniel). He will be behind closed doors so it’s your choice whether you want any interaction with him. He is also not allowed upstairs so you won’t be bothered by him at all. We do also have an old gentleman cat who you will not see as he lives in our bed and it’s a big ask for him to get out of bed at any point of the day! Guest access You will have access to a private room with en-suite. The house is accessed through the front entrance and you will be given a fob to come and go as you please. The doors will be closed downstairs so that our very excitable dog doesn’t rush over straight for attention (but please feel free to say hello if you are happy to). If you are staying for a longer period of time, please let us know if you would like access to the kitchen or any other facilities and we can get something arranged. During your stay If you need to reach me prior to your booking please use the platform. Either message or call through the app. We appreciate guests like to have privacy so we will respect that at all times. However, we are happy to chat and engage in any queries you have regarding the local area or just if you would like a general chat, we are both enjoy a good natter. If you require anything at all during your stay please ask or if you can’t find us, use the message if facility on the app to let us know how we can help you. Other things to note A small breakfast snack hamper will be left outside your room each morning. If you need anything filling or restocking please let me know and I will leave it in the same place for you to take into your room.
