Accommodation Layout The ground floor features the master bedroom and main bathroom, together with the central living, dining, and entertaining areas. Upstairs, guests will find a second lounge area and three generously sized bedrooms, each with its own modern ensuite bathroom. The upstairs lounge also includes a premium sofa bed that can be configured as either a king bed or two king singles, providing additional flexibility for families and groups. For larger gatherings, the separate studio, connected by a short covered walkway, offers two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and laundry facilities, creating a private retreat within the estate while remaining close to the main house. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit/bond of $1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival and expires 3-5 days after your departure LONGER STAYS Please contact us for a quote. Discounts are available for longer stays of 4 nights and over. NOTES One night stays are available midweek. Weekend one night stays may be available but will attract a surcharge. Weekend Public Holiday bookings must a minimum 3-night stay at full house and studio weekend rate. Easter, Christmas and New Year are a 3-4 night stay and charged at full house and studio weekend rate. Concert weekends must be a minimum of 11 guests and may attract a surcharge.
