The space Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by a stone porch and a spacious veranda connected to a ski/bike room, where you can store your bikes, skis, or sleds. There’s also a ski prep area and e-bike charging. The main social area features a cozy living room with a tiled stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining nook, and a traditional stove with two ovens and a heated sleeping platform. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bathroom, a toilet, a pantry, and a utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs there are four bedrooms with high-quality mattresses and stylish traditional Czech kanafas bed linen. Above them, two attic sleeping lofts accommodate a total of 6 people. There's also another bathroom and a separate toilet. The cottage is heated by a tiled stove, supplemented with electric heaters with remote control and underfloor heating in key areas. The entire interior is styled in a traditional mountain design with elements of modern comfort – Wi-Fi, stylish furniture, handmade lighting, and Czech kanafas textiles. The cottage is accessible via a local road, with parking available for three cars directly at the property. Arrival & Parking: » The cottage is accessible year-round. » Parking is available for 3 cars directly at the property. » In winter months, we recommend snow chains due to mountain conditions. Other things to note Pets: » Pets are not allowed. Refundable Deposit & Tourist Fees (not included in the rental price): » Refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 / EUR 200 / PLN 1,000 – payable upon arrival to the host. The deposit will be fully refunded at departure if everything is in order. Cleaning & Maintenance: » The cottage must be returned in the same condition as it was upon arrival. » Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. » Cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are available. Before departure, basic cleaning is required. Please follow our “Nine Simple Rules”: ➊ Floors – did you make crumbs? Vacuum it up! You've spilled something? Wipe it up. ➋ Dishes – wash them, or put them in the dishwasher and turn it on. ➌ Trash – take it out to the bin, no extra guests. ➍ Sort waste – plastic, paper, glass... we're not barbarians! ➎ Return things to their place – items, games, crayons, toys, etc., no “hide and seek“ games. ➏ Towels – leave them on the bathroom floor so we know they've been used. ➐ Fridge – no forgotten salami from 1998, clean it out! ➑ Winter/rain puddles – mop up in the bike room and entryway, we're not an aquapark. ➒ Beds – gather your last bits of strength, remove the bedding and sheets, it’ll save us time! (Leave the mattress protectors on!) Quiet Hours & Neighbours: » The cottage is in a peaceful mountain area.
