The patio, backyard and playground are shared if other guest happen to be staying the same dates you are. We live next door and my kids also use the playground occasionally. Guest access They will have the entire basement. The main floor is a separate Airbnb unit. Please shared the ground floor patio. And share the playground and backyard. Other things to note This is a perfect place for a couple or a family who has a few kids that want to camp out on our air mattresses on the new carpet in the family room.
