This is a self-contained guesthouse in Ocean Shores, offering a peaceful and affordable hideaway near Byron Bay. Ideal for couples and solo travellers, it provides a laid-back coastal stay with easy access to nature, beaches, Rail Trail, markets, seaside towns and local attractions. Located beneath the main house, the studio has private access via an external pathway and (10) steps, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. 1 off road park spot available. The space 🏡 One bedroom with comfy queen bed 🪑 One lounge room with comfy couches and a TV 🍽️ Kitchen / dining area with lovely big wooden table that sits up to 6 people 🚽 Toilet separate from shower 🚿 Shower over mini bath 🩱Laundry separate (shared with owner) 🚙 Car available for hire (2013 VW Passat wagon with roof racks for surfboards, cruise control, leather seats, air con etc - great drive). 🚙 🚙 Use the QR in my listing photos (the final photo) to sign up and get $25 credit for your first day of hire with my car (or if you need to, message me for the direct link) Guest access You have private access to the entire studio, with private entry down the side, and an off street parking space at the font of the property. There are about 10 steps down the side of the property to get to studio entrance. The steps to entrance has a sensor light so you can see your way at night. Backs onto a reserve that has a walking trail through it.
