Family friendly guesthouse located on a peaceful homestead setting. Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway with friends or mid week family farm stay nestled amongst the hills and beautiful farm land of Yarramalong Valley. Conveniently located 3 minutes from Treetops Adventure Park, 5 mins from the Amazement Farm & Fun Park, 15 minutes to Tuggerah Westfield and 25 mins to lovely central coast beaches. We are also only moments away from Fernbank Farm and Yarramlong Valley Wedding Venues. The space Our guesthouse features two generously sized bedrooms, each with queen beds and an extra single size day bed in the second room comfortably accommodating 4 adults and a child/infant. Single blow up mattress in the cupboard or a large comfortable couch which can be used as extra bedding. Bed linen and towels are provided. Full size kitchen with utensils, fridge/freezer, and plug in 2 burner induction stove top. Food staples like butter, salt & pepper are provided. Stainless steel Smeg Oven. Large, light and airy bathroom. Fully fenced yard with shaded outdoor entertaining space, BBQ and small fire pit. Starlink Wi-Fi available Smart TV with all streaming channels, including Netflix & Prime Video. Tank water is used at the cabin. Guest access Guests have full access of the cabin and cabin yard, with lovely private views out both bedrooms windows. Good sized outdoor entertaining area, with shade and space for kids to play. Some outdoor toys have been provided along with a swing/slide set. You are also welcome to wander through the paddocks to visit the animals, or up the hill to see the view over the valley. It is lovely around sunset. Please do not enter the main house or fenced off main backyard where the hosts live. Please do not invite visitors to the cabin without permission from the hosts.
