Our Eco B&B is located between the hills of Noli and Spotorno, offering characteristic and welcoming rooms. Every morning, guests can enjoy a hearty Eco/Bio breakfast. The property has outdoor spaces and a free public parking lot located just 20 meters away. The location is ideal for exploring the nearby towns of Spotorno, Noli, Varigotti, Bergeggi and Finale Ligure, all of which can be reached in a few minutes. Access to the B&B is via a fully paved and narrow road, typical of Ligurian villages. A tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day applies for the first five days. Located in an ancient Ligurian village of the 1600s, with exposed stone, it overlooks a valley of pines and Mediterranean scrub, between the heights of Noli and Spotorno. Just 2 km from the Spotorno exit of the A10 highway, parking is free and easily accessible. We provide our guests with three typical and characteristic rooms, equipped with air conditioning, free wi-fi and everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition to the rented room and the reserved bathroom, guests have free access to the common area that includes the kitchen (for herbal teas, coffee and use of the fridge, but not for cooking), the living room and the square in front of the house, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners during spring and summer. Our location is perfect for those who love the sea, with the wonderful beaches of Spotorno, Noli and Varigotti just 4 km away, complete with sailing and diving centers. For hiking enthusiasts, the enchanting Manie Plateau and the famous Finalese rock gyms are easily accessible. In addition, path No. 13, part of the Dante Promenade, passes right in front of the house. During the summer months, the municipality of Noli offers a shuttle bus service and free parking for the sea, and we have activated an agreement for parking in Spotorno to ensure good savings. We also have several contacts and agreements for sports, eating, and body care. My family and I live in the same housing unit, which has recently been renovated to ensure independence and comfort. We will often have breakfast together and, in the evening, you can enjoy a drop of homemade limoncello or myrtle from Antonio. We provide you with maps and maps to explore the area and many books for your relaxation. In spring and summer, the outdoor square, equipped with a large table, chairs and deckchairs, becomes the perfect place to have breakfast in the morning sun and listen to the sounds of the countryside. The ivory white tent structure, inspired by the sails of boats, offers shelter and a unique atmosphere. Guests can enjoy ready-made meals or take advantage of the "pizza delivery" service both in the kitchen and outdoors in the square, where convivial dinners are often organized. This arrangement allows you to fully enjoy the common areas, both inside and outside, ensuring a relaxing and immersive stay experience in the beauty of the surrounding countryside. However, we will often find ourselves sharing pleasant moments, such as breakfast together or an evening with a drop of homemade limoncello or myrtle from Antonio.
