You have to take the stairs to the terrace floor. Our prime objective is to provide PRIVACY and CENTRAL location to our guests. For this a few other conveniences had to be sacrificed. But I hope it's worth the lovely experience once you check in. - For Car Parking contact host or Co host. -Check in after 2pm checkout before 10 am - It's a 1 BHK flat with 1 toilet - The living room has a sofa cum bed to sleep 2 more persons( @extra cost) - our building is in the heart of Aminjikarai - Unmarried couples allowed - Fully equipped for long stays -You will have the whole apartment to yourself. (this is not a shared apartment) -Caretaker can be available to help you check in if you inform in advance. NOTE: There is a Mosque in the adjacent building where they pray 5 times a day. The Azan ( prayer) may be a little loud if you are sitting in the open terrace. We respect it being a secular country . But it's for 2 minutes so it shouldn't be an inconvenience. The room inside is sound proof 👍 Other things to note The price displayed is for 2 guests only. Please update the actual number of guests to get final price. ❗️Check-in AFTER 2pm ❗️Check-out before 10 AM All Guest IDs should be submitted before check in. Guest must fill the registration form on desk when they arrive . Kindly Keep the house clean during your stay. We are not Hotel, In Airbnb you have to keep the place as your own home. Music is allowed but keep the volume down from 10PM - 8AM since other families are also living nearby No smoking is allowed inside the home, you can close the balcony and use that space for smoking. ⚡️🔋Internet/Power Cut : There maybe a rare power cut since these factors are unavoidable. We do have an invertor as a back up for 2 hours. We hope you understand this and bear with us if such instances happen.
