On approx. 55 m² there is a kitchen, bedroom, living-dining room, wellness bathroom, separate toilet and roof terrace. For fitters, a room divider can be placed in the bedroom, or for two occupants, a guest can sleep in the living room on the sofa bed. The space The two single beds can be converted into a double bed if needed. The apartment is equipped with a radio, DVD player (with movies), books and games. The spacious bathroom with a whirlpool function in the bathtub invites you to relax. Free parking is available in front of the house on the street. Everything is within walking distance. Guest access Guests have the whole place to themselves. Other things to note The property is located on the Albtrauf (Geislingen the five-valley town) in a fantastic environment and offers hikers and cyclists a paradise. The Löwenwanderweg [lion hiking trail] is very well known. Excursions to the Helfenstein ruins, the Ödenturm or the Ostlandkreuz are recommended and all within walking distance. There is also an outlet center, which is a 15-minute walk away, inviting you to stroll. Just 5 km away is a thermal bath with a beautiful sauna area for relaxation.
