Cosy cabin on a wild meadow

Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a sunny southern meadow. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity. The space Additional amenities: Underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms. Air conditioning (heating + cooling) Clean tap water from a 101 m well. Sauna Guest access A private road with a parking lot to fit several cars. Other things to note Guests are kindly asked to clean to a basic cleanliness level, that means cleaning the dishes and surfaces used (except floors) and to sort waste according to instructions on the bins. There is a compost bin made of pallets east of the house by the trees, close to the big birch tree. This cabin runs on 100% renewably certified electricity. There is NO firewood in the house, if you want to use the fireplace you should bring a bag (one bag usually lasts 2 nights) from the local Alexela or Olerex petrol station in Otepää.
