In Stånga next to Gumbalde Resort, you will find our amazing house, Rangvalds! The house is newly built to a very high standard and has the amenities needed for as lovely a stay as possible! A unique accommodation that must be experienced, secluded but still close to most things! The space The house is about 300 square meters, divided into two floors. On the lower floor, there are two generous bedrooms with Swedish-made double beds. The bedrooms also have a patio where you can sit with a cup of coffee/tea and enjoy the morning sun. On the lower floor, there is also the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer from Miele. A large bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and a double sink. Opposite the bathroom is a smaller toilet. On the upper floor, there is a large living room with a sofa and TV. In the living room there is also a workplace. The sleeping area has four Swedish-made beds (2 x 90 and 2 x 120) that are built into alcoves with curtains for each sleeping area. The custom-made kitchen in Elm and Oak is fully equipped with appliances from Miele. Large lovely kitchen island with seating for four. Kitchen and living room form a lovely area with high ceilings. The ceiling has been designed to provide the best room acoustics. In the large sofa you sit comfortably with a large fireplace in the eye-catcher. Maybe you also want to listen to music via the Sonos system located in the living room. The orangery is connected to the kitchen and living room. There is a large table in solid oak with room for 8-10 people. From the orangery, you go through the folding door out onto the terrace and pergola. There is a generous Napoleon gas grill. From the terrace you also go to the sauna building. In addition to the wood-fired sauna unit from IKI, there is also a shower, toilet and relaxation area. Everything is in top condition! Duvets and pillows are available for all beds. Sheets and towels are available to rent. The plot is large with a newly laid lawn. Here you live next to a lovely golf course, Gumbalde Resort.
