The space Located just 40 minutes from Pune on the khed Shivapur- Saswad link road, the house is just 40 mins from east and west Pune. On Plot Number 16 of the project Growscape stands this one of a kind Loft house along with 2 other tiny houses on the adjacent plots. This house has a living, dining and a kitchen, a bedroom with an attached bathroom, a separate full common bathroom and a loft that can easily sleep 4. Guest access The guests can use the entire plot number 16. Other things to note Our property is located in the outskirts of a village so it is advisable to carry everything you need. We provide airtel dongle. Airtel works well. Closest shop is about 2 kms away. We have tea,coffee, milk powder, and drinking water (2 litres) for the guests. The house is in a village so there are power cuts off and on. We do have an inverter which should last for 2 hours w=if used sparingly. You may have visitors like frogs(especially in the rainy season) .They are absolutely harmless.
