Inside: - Sleeping area: A comfortable double bed (140cm) for a restful night. - Living Room: A cozy space with armchairs to relax after a busy day. - Equipped kitchen: Fridge, stovetop (induction), microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishes, ideal for preparing your meals with ease. A washing machine is also included. - Bathroom: An en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet, equipped with bath linen. Outside: - Private terrace of 7 m²: Furnished with a table and chairs, it allows you to have your meals alfresco or just enjoy the surrounding calm. Comfort and amenities: - Free Wi-Fi connection. -AC/Heater for optimal comfort in all seasons. - Accommodation accessible to people with disabilities. - Free parking in the basement - Breakfast: we offer a buffet breakfast in the dining room from Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. at a price of €12 per person (except on public holidays), served only by prior reservation. Payment is made on site, exclusively by credit card. Please inform us at least 3 days before your arrival if you would like to enjoy breakfast.
