Stocked with all kitchen essentials: dishes, pots, pans, and utensils Dedicated desk/workspace – perfect for studying or remote work Sleeping Arrangements: Private bedroom with a queen bed, study desk, and closet Sleeper futon couch in the living room that converts into a full-size bed Includes two full sets of bedding (queen and full), plus linens, towels, face towels, and pillows Additional Highlights: Step-free access – located on the ground floor of a two-story building Professionally cleaned between each stay Extended stays welcome This cozy, modern unit is perfect for healthcare professionals, business travelers, or college students attending SBCC or UCSB. Just bring your suitcase—everything else is ready for you! Guest access You will have one assigned parking space for your car. You’ll also have full access to the entire condo unit, including the private, fenced patio. In addition, you’ll be able to use the pool and laundry area with the provided key fob. Please note: There is a $100 fee if the key fob is lost during your stay. Other things to note Important to note: ▪️NON SMOKING UNIT ▪️No Pets are allowed. Sorry ▪️Max occupancy, 3 registered guests through Airbnb allowed only. ▪️One assigned parking available. Street parking are ample and available for all guests but it is a first come first serve basis. ▪️No daily housekeeping or mid-stay cleaning available. Cleaning will occur before and after stay of each guest. ▪️Washer and Dryer are NOT in the condo unit. There are coin washer and dryer within the La Goleta Complex near the pool area. Hours are 8 am to 10 pm. Laundromat is also nearby. ▪️No mailed items will be allowed for delivery to address. Please use local USPS for general delivery of packages and personal mail. You may look for Amazon lockers in Goleta area and pick-up your delivery from there. For grocery stores, Target and Ralphs Store are nearby and you may do a ship to store and pick-up from there as well. ▪️Self-Check in; Keyless entry. And may check in anytime after 3 pm. Early check-in is possible with $50 charge/hour. ▪️ Please note that SCE electric outages are beyond our control. We made every effort to inform all of our guests in advance to minimize any inconvenience. ▪️Since the outlets in the room and bathroom are on the same circuit, please avoid using the space heaters, dehumidifier and hair dryer simultaneously to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping. ▪️Noise Disclaimer: Please be aware that, as this unit is located on the first floor, you may hear sounds from the Condo units above. Additionally, ongoing construction in the area, as well as noise from the nearby freeway, Amtrak trains, moving traffic, and surrounding businesses, may occasionally be audible. While these noises are typical of an urban environment, we strive to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 🔹For Guests Working the Graveyard Shift:🔹 If you're working a graveyard shift, please be mindful when booking. Due to the daily noises from the area, such as construction, traffic, and general activity, you may have difficulty sleeping in the morning. We recommend considering these factors before making your reservation to ensure a restful stay.
