With a large kitchen and plenty of dining room seating, you can really get-away or socialize with other guests or your travel-mates over board and card games - or cook up some really great soul-ful food to enjoy! ***Attention: Local short-term rental ordinances require 30-night minimum stay. The space New Owner Nov/Dec-2024! I have 3-5 rooms in my home. Most of the time it is just me, although as a newly relocated retiree, family travel to visit during holidays and breaks. I'm fairly quiet and private, so you'll have a good stay if you're visiting on work or just need a quiet room - that said, having a meal or chat with guests and friends is always welcomed. I don't know the area too well yet, so I'm open to exploring if you'd like. In the process of refinishing the basement, but lots of window A/C's in summer, cozy heat in winter and great views in fall/spring :) There is plenty of parking and snow plowing is done by a local gentleman in the winter. My home has aa 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and one on the first floor. The 2.5 bathrooms are wonderfully situated for all to share. The full kitchen is open to your usage as you need and the dining room as well.
