Sunnyside is a beautifully presented detached cottage offering spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. Perfectly located in a quiet country lane, Sunnyside has direct Forest access from the rear garden, and offers walking and cycling routes right from the gate! Inside a bright and airy lounge with plenty of comfortable seating has room for the whole family to relax, with double doors leading into the dining room, which can be fully opened to enjoy the log burning stove. The space Accommodation: GROUND FLOOR Entrance into large hallway with stairs to first floor and doors to lounge and kitchen. Kitchen with built-in electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetieres. Breakfast table seating four and Roberts DAB digital radio. Lounge with plenty of comfortable seating, Smart TV and fireplace with gas fire. Double doors to Dining room with wood burning stove and table with seating for six. Ipod dock with radio/CD player. Sliding patio door onto outside garden terrace. Cloakroom with basin and WC. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with 5ft king size bed, built-in wardrobes, dressing table and set of drawers. Small TV with inbuilt DVD Player and Roberts DAB digital radio. Views over rear and side gardens. En-suite shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and towel rail. Mini toiletries provided. Bedroom 2 with 5ft king size bed, wardrobe and drawers. Roberts DAB digital radio. Views over the side garden. Bedroom 3 with 3ft single beds and hanging space. Family bathroom with bath and handheld shower attachment, shower enclosure, wash basin, WC and towel rail. Mini toiletries provided. Outside: The peaceful gardens surround the cottage, with various seating areas dotted around to capture sunny spots throughout the day. There is a large lawn to the rear, with seasonal shrubs and fruit trees leading to a private gate opening straight onto the common bordering the grounds. A raised terrace leading from the dining room has sun loungers, a dining set and chairs plus a charcoal barbecue for al fresco meals, and a small fishpond with fountain is soothing to sit beside and enjoy the gentle trickle of water with your morning coffee. Various garden games are also available including table tennis, croquet and badminton to take full advantage of the wonderful garden space. Parking: There is parking for a maximum of 2 cars on the private driveway.  Unfortunately, there is no additional parking on the lane outside the property due to the narrow lane. Other things to note Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels if required), central heating, internet and Wi-Fi. Welcome basket on arrival and unlimited logs. Mobile reception is generally reasonable, although please check with your provider prior to booking. Pets: Two dogs accepted. Must be over the age of one year old (unless agreed with the owner prior to booking). Dogs must be fully housetrained, well behaved and kept downstairs and off the furniture. Please note a £30 pet charge per dog per week applies. Children: All ages welcome. Travel cot, highchair and baby walker provided on request. Please bring own cot bedding. EV Charging: Not available at this property. Bicycle Storage: Outside in the open shed to the side of the cottage. Please bring your own bicycle locks. Short Breaks: Available all year round. Bookable within the low season any time and within 2 weeks of the stay in the mid and high seasons.
