Open tread oak staircase to First Floor: Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed, chest of drawers and chaise, walk-in dressing area, en suite shower room with WC, basin and shower cubicle. Bedroom 2: Large spacious bedroom with apex windows, 5ft king size bed, built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall mounted TV. Bedroom 3: Single bedroom with 3ft bed, chest of drawers. To the rear of the property is a patio with garden furniture, extending washing line, oil-drum barbecue (charcoal) The garden leads to sloping and undulating meadow of 3 acres, with a stream running alongside. From the bottom of the meadow there is access to a country lane which leads direct to the village of Modbury, just under a mile’s walk. Parking Ample parking on gravelled driveway.
