Located in the university area, just a few minutes from the train station. It features a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine. The flat has 2 bedrooms: 1 double and one with 2 single beds, all exterior and equipped with wardrobes and under-bed storage. there is a spacious bathroom with a shower. Your family will have everything at hand in this centrally located apartment. It includes an alarm system with camera, and sensors for noise, smoke, and occupancy. To ensure an excellent experience and maintain harmony within the local community, we kindly ask you to read and respect the following guidelines: 1. Community Respect, Noise Control & Conduct Respecting neighbors: Please respect our neighbors' peace and quiet. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially in common areas (stairwells, main entrance) and during designated quiet hours (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Monitoring devices: To ensure everyone’s peace of mind, the apartment is equipped with a noise and occupancy sensor (this device does not record conversations; it only measures decibel levels and the number of active devices). This helps us make sure that neither you nor our neighbors are disturbed. 2. Guest Registration (Online Check-in), Taxes & Security Deposit Mandatory check-in: Prior to your arrival, completing the online check-in process is mandatory. To verify your identity and comply with safety regulations, the system will ask you to upload a photo of your ID/passport and a selfie. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit will be charged, with the exact amount depending on the length of your stay. This deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been inspected and verified to be in perfect condition. Agreement & Payment: Upon completing this registration, you must formally accept the house rules and securely pay the mandatory tourist taxes using a credit or debit card (VISA). 3. Pets Four-legged family members are welcome! Pets (both dogs and cats) are allowed to stay, but please note that an extra pet fee applies and must be paid either at the time of booking or prior to check-in. 4. Lost & Found Policy Holding period: If you accidentally leave any belongings behind in the apartment after departure, we will store them for a maximum of 48 hours. Bulky items: As we do not have storage facilities, any large or bulky items left behind cannot be kept and will be placed outside on the street at the time of check-out.
