The Den @ Holland House

The property is situated in a quiet residential area, in a small village setting. It has private access and a dedicated parking space. Cropthorne, is ideally located with easy access to Malvern, Worcester, Cheltenham, Ross on Wye, Upton on Severn, Warwick and Stratford upon Avon. There are excellent local amenities such as Local Farm Shop, Local Pubs, and only 3 miles from Pershore, where there are more shops and amenities. The property is well furnished with modern décor. The space The Den is a comfortable property that will easily sleep three adults with the option to sleep an additional two guests on the double sofa bed in the living room. It has two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and has a large lounge with TV. Wi-Fi is included and parking is free. One parking space is outside the property and the other is nearby in Holland House main car park. For transparency, the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are steep. There is a bathroom and sofa bed downstairs in the living room for guests with mobility issues. Guest access The property is part of Holland House Retreat and Conference Centre which has fantastic gardens including a massive vegetable garden, lawns and flower beds. You will have access to all of this but not access to the Main House. The access to the river Avon is currently under repair and is out of bounds. Other things to note Holland House is a Christian Retreat and Conference Centre , and therefore we ask that the Den not be used for any activity or in such a way as to cause nuisance or annoyance to groups/guests at Holland House, or the neighbouring properties. Any music must cease at 10pm. There is a clothes hanging rail in each bedroom
