Just 1.2 miles from Lambeau, our mid-century modern home was built and lived in by the longest serving Packers President and former Green Bay mayor, Dominic Olejniczak. He hired Lombardi and even interviewed Dan Devine for head coach right here in our living room. This listing is for one private room with bath called the Fireplace Room (fireplace not operable) for 1-2 guests. We're located within walking distance of the stadium, the Titletown District, the Resch Center, breweries and dining. The Fireplace Room is a cozy, calming private room for 1-2 guests with a queen size bed featuring a pillow top mattress and luxury bedding for a great night's sleep. The room has a fireplace (not operable/decorative only) with patio doors leading into the 3-season porch and outdoor deck beyond. The private backyard features a firepit, under the great oak trees for relaxing conversation with the hosts and other guests. A private bath with shower is just steps from the room. All guests have access to the full kitchen, the formal dining room, the living room with soaring ceilings, the 3-season porch, the furnished back deck, and the wooded backyard with fire pit. Parking is free in the home's driveway. We love to meet new people and welcome guests into our home just like family. We're happy to spend as much or as little time with you as you prefer. We do live in the home so chances are we'll be around. We are available by phone, text and email if there's anything you need during your stay. Our home is located in a well established, tree-lined, family neighborhood. Beautiful parks are all around, walks in the neighborhood feature new scenes with each changing season and our proximity to all Green Bay has to offer can't be beat. It's best to have a vehicle to get around Green Bay but we are close to city bus stops, including free Packer game day bus routes running every 1/2 hour. Guests can request reasonably priced Lyft and Uber rides with a click of a button and get picked up and dropped off right at the front door. We are also an easy 1.2 mile walk from the stadium. Our home has two separate guests spaces listed (the Fireplace Room on the main level and the Family Flat in the lower level) so please be aware that during Packer season there will be other guests in the home. The hosts also live in the property and will be present during your stay. The home has a keypad entry, so once guests check-in and receive the code, they are welcome to come and go as they please. We do have our carpets cleaned regularly so we ask guests to remove their footwear whenever they enter our home. The guest spaces have new carpeting so we ask guests not to wear footwear in their guest spaces. Please make everyone included in your reservation aware of this policy and bring your slippers. Smoking and vaping are allowed outside only. The back deck is great for that.
