Beautiful stone building with atypical architecture (old pigsty) on a beautiful 1 ha plot. Fully renovated and comfortable. Ideal house for family holidays in a small hamlet typical of Cantal. No cleaning possible between Christmas/New Year. Electric car charger (Tesla type). Wood for the BBQ is available on-site. No stays of less than 4 nights during school holidays. During the summer holidays minimum 7 days (less on request). The space The house is fully accessible to a single tenant. Living room, dining room, super-equipped kitchen, small TV lounge, cloakroom/toilet. 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and 2 alcoves with 2 single beds each (not suitable for adults, both rooms being cramped). Guest access All the rooms in the house are at your disposal. Washing machine and dryer available in the kitchen. Other things to note For your convenience, there are 2 fridges available in the kitchen: a large fridge/freezer combo and a small table fridge. An Ofire type barbecue/grill (works with wood and not charcoal). 2 beautiful terraces: 1 with south-facing garden furniture and 1 covered with table and chairs for dining away from the heat. And to finish your summer evenings in style, a small outdoor brazier to keep you warm while admiring the starry sky.
