OUTDOOR AMENITIES Step outside to your own private patio, a serene space nestled among the evergreens and designed for your ultimate relaxation. -Indulge in the new jacuzzi, featuring over 30 soothing jets to soak your cares away. -Get cozy by the gas fire pit under glowing string lights, perfect for sharing stories and stargazing. -Fire up the propane BBQ grill. During the season, feel free to use our fresh herb garden to enhance your meals. -Benefit from outdoor locked storage for your gear, keeping everything secure while you enjoy your adventures. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire ground-level suite and the expansive patio area. The entrance, jacuzzi, gas fire pit, and all outdoor lounging areas are completely private and reserved for guest use only. Accessibility: Please be aware that there are stairs from the parking area down to the suite's entrance. We sincerely regret that the space is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Other things to note Host Presence: We live on the property in the upper unit of the home. Security: For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property monitoring the perimeter. Waiver: Upon arrival, we ask that you sign a rental agreement/hot tub waiver. This helps us keep everything in alignment with our house rules and ensures your safety is our top priority. Cleaning Protocol: While you may not see it, extra care is taken to sanitize all remotes, light switches and door handles between guests. (A background in dentistry has shaped my dedication to maintaining a very clean and hygienic space). Amenities on Request: A complimentary level II EV charger and/or outdoor storage unit are available for guest use. Please let us know in advance if you'll need them, and we will provide instructions upon arrival. Location: Although our location is very close to many attractions it would not be considered walking distance to them so a vehicle is strongly advised.
