Ideally located, it's just minutes away from popular spots like Ursinus (welcome parents!), Phoenixville, the Oaks Expo Center, Valley Forge, King of Prussia and Philly. Whether you're here for a quick escape or an extended visit, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of privacy, charm, comfort, and convenience. The space This space is about 1,000 square feet, featuring a main bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet. The cozy secondary bedroom is perfect for a twin bed, nightstand, and luggage rack. The bedrooms all have overhead fans, sound machines, comfy duvets and blankets and soft pillows. We have a pack-n-play in our master closet with a clean sheet for your little one. Say the word and we will drop off a high chair and some toys for 12-28 month olds. You'll love the open feel of the living room space with cathedral ceilings and bright, airy decor throughout. Take a minute to unwind and listen to some music on our record player. We have the kitchen ready for coffee lovers with a Keurig and kcups and a Nespresso with pods- but we also have teas and,of course, creamers. The kitchen has pots/pans, baking sheets and all the things needed to make a meal (including oil and cooking spray). Our dining area is a perfect location to enjoy your meal. The bathroom is a relaxing retreat, complete with a soaking tub, skylight, and a walk-in shower. Plus, there's a convenient apartment-sized washer and dryer tucked away in the closet. College Cutie is centrally located. If you are in town for an Ursinus College visit (5 minutes away) or to go to the Oaks Expo Center (10 minutes away) this place is for you. We are also 35 minutes outside of Philly and about an hour from Amish country. There is some great shopping here also with the Philadelphia Premium Outlets about 15 minutes away and the amazing King of Prussia Mall (literally the biggest mall on the East Coast) about 15 minutes away. This is the perfect space for a romantic get-a-way, a girls’ weekend, or a relaxing vacation. The host (Dina) was born and raised in this area and is a planner- so if you need recommendations from eating to shopping to thrifting, just ask!
