Renovated Traditional Home in Tokamachi | Yukinoya

A 150-year-old traditional house has been reborn as a vacation home “Yukinoya”. Stay in Yukinoya and immerse yourself in the life of the snowy region. The space ◾️ Overview Limited to one group per day, you will have access to most of the space in the house. Upon entering the front door through the large earthen floor, you will be greeted by a spacious dining/kitchen and living area. The bedroom is located behind the living room. ◾️Dining/Kitchen The dining room and kitchen are fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking, and there is a table with a sunken hearth that can comfortably seat 8 to 10 people. ◾️Living room There is a sofa to relax on and a wood-burning stove that warms the entire building in winter. It also has a loft overlooking the living room, and this loft is very warm in winter. ◾️ Bedrooms -1st foor: There are 2 double beds in a 33-square-meter space, with additional six additional thick mattress-type futon sets available. A closet is also equipped. -2nd floor: There are 2 bedrooms, one room has 2 double beds, the other room is available with additional thick mattress-type futon sets. ◾️ Bathrooms 1sr floor: There are two toilets and one bath. The dressing room has two sinks and the bath has a ceramic bathtub, a shower and a rain shower. 2nd floor: There is a toilet and a bath with a shower and a rain shower as well. ◾️Others Free private parking is available. Guest access Details will be provided upon check-in. Other things to note -The price includes breakfast prepared with local mothers.
