Here you can enjoy the sunset in the pool over the wooden deck or get ready for a movie night in the lounge. A 1960s house with modern amenities for those who want to spend time together. Swimming areas within cycling distance and Kolmådjurpark 40 minutes by car. The space There are 4 bedrooms. A larger one with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet in one corner. In the other corner there are 3 smaller bedrooms and a toilet with bathtub/shower. Two bedrooms have 90 cm beds and the third has a 120 cm bed and a small sofa bed. The large living room invites you to socialize in front of the TV or maybe around a board game. Here, it is excellent to make up the sofa with mattresses for more guests. The house has two entrances. A smaller one with space for outerwear and access to a sink and a larger one with a small toilet. The kitchen is modernly renovated and has everything you need for your meals. The round dining table can easily create space for many guests with access to extra chairs. You have free access to the entire garden with the large, secluded wooden deck with pool and outdoor shower. At the back, there are also hammocks, swing, sandbox and trampoline. Here you can enjoy the sunset over the fields. Other things to note The pool and outdoor shower are only available during the summer season: May - September.
