Just 5 kilometres away you will find the renowned town of Montepulciano, an authentic pearl of the 16th century, a century of which it is still an almost intact expression with its palaces, streets and alleyways, indelible testimony to the splendours of Renaissance architecture and taste. In the village you will find shops and supermarkets and above all restaurants and trattorias, where you can taste delicious traditional Tuscan dishes, as well as the famous wine cellars, set amidst vineyards, dug into the tuff, built underground with arches, vaults and ancient barrels. We absolutely recommend a visit to the cellars with a tasting of the award-winning local wines, you will not regret it!
