Located in a quiet property, this 70 m² accommodation is ideal for a relaxing stay, whether for work or pleasure. 🛏️ Sleeping area & living room The accommodation has a comfortable bedroom with a 160x200 bed (sheets provided), a 140x190 sofa bed, a 43" TV, as well as high-speed wifi, allowing you to accommodate several guests in good conditions. 🍴 Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, a coffee maker with coffee, a kettle with tea, as well as a washing machine with laundry provided. 🛁 Bathroom Functional and pleasant, with bathroom towels and hygiene products provided. 🌿 Outdoors & Relaxation A common courtyard and garden are accessible. The swimming pool, open from June to September depending on the weather, is reserved for guests during their stay. 🚗 Parking A private and secure parking spot is available for your use. An independent, spacious and peaceful accommodation, perfect for enjoying the calm while staying close to Belfort. Only those registered on the reservation are allowed to access the listing. Any party, party, or prostitution activity (or similar) is strictly prohibited. Smoking or vaping inside is also strictly forbidden. The listing is located in a quiet environment, with an attentive and vigilant neighborhood. No tolerance will be granted: any breach will result in the immediate interruption of the stay without refund, exclusion from the accommodation and may give rise to prosecution.
