Guest access On the day of your check-in, you will receive a personalized code that will give you access to the front door, your bedroom & streaming services. If you are driving & you choose to park in the driveway, please be sure that... #1. Your vehicle is not leaking any fluids & #2. You park on the RIGHT HAND SIDE of the driveway as you're looking at the house, (the side that is closest to the front door). When you enter, please remove your shoes and take them with you to your room. There is a clear plastic bin in the closet for you to place your shoes in. The carpets have been professionally cleaned & the floors are mopped weekly. There is NO SMOKING whatsoever at this location (i.e. cigarettes, vapes, any type of drugs). Also, this is a DRUG FREE environment. Please respect this. You will have free access to the dining room, the living room, your room & the kitchen. Please refrain from attempting to go into the pantry or feeding the fish. The dishwasher, stove, oven & refrigerator are available for your use but please try to put most of your refrigerated items in your private refrigerator located in your room. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself & use only one shelf in the refrigerator & one in the freezer. During your stay I can be reached by cellphone at the number listed on the AirBnB App or messages through the AirBnB App. I am an early riser & I will respond within the hour between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Other things to note Although I highly promote all guests being a decent human being towards the other guests residing at Tanner Manor, I also highly recommend "AGAINST" guest sharing/swapping phone numbers due to the fact that a portion of or your entire phone number may be used as your personal code to your room door. Additionally, if you find that your vehicle's tires need air, if I am available and at home at the time, I can add air to your tires free of charge via my air compressor.
