Feel free to enjoy your meals here or some guests have used it as their work space during the day. Enter further to the TV area with leather couch. TV includes Roku remote setup to connect to your Netflix, Prime, etc. WiFi setup around the TV. KITCHEN: large completely remodeled kitchen with farmhouse double sink and butcher block countertops. Equipped with pots/pans, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster over, coffee pot, coffee grinder, tea kettle, instapot, crockpot, pie pans, cupcake pan, casserole dishes, cookie sheets and more! You will love cooking in this kitchen with large windows and a sliding back door to allow tons of natural light. There is a small room off the kitchen and table for 2. 2 BEDROOMS off the living room area include: Queen beds, both firm and soft mattresses. The front bedroom has a designated workspace with built in desk and shelving. You can convert the desk to a stand up desk and use the tall chair from the breakfast nook to sit at that height between standing!Printer included in the workspace. The back BEDROOM is the quietest room in the house and great for sleeping. Lots of storage for your things in both the closet and in the room. Hangers included in both closets for your clothes. Both rooms equipped with black-out shades for a good nights rest. The back bedroom also connects to the bathroom. The large full bathroom includes a subway tiled bathtub/shower, sink with storage drawer and high toilet. Wooden shelf on the wall with modern black metal hooks to dry your towels. WASHER and DRYER in home for your use. High efficiency laundry detergent available on top of the dryer, along with other cleaning supplies for the house. Sliding back door opens to large back deck the width of the house. Patio deck furniture includes a table with 5 chairs. The house is located in a lovely area of Seattle in the central district neighborhood. Side walks in the neighborhood on a tree lined street. Walk to bakeries, brewery, coffee shops, juice cafe, restaurants, fish market, Starbucks, and more! Grocery stores close to the house: Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, PCC (local co-op).
