Our cozy apartment offers you the ideal starting point for your activities in the vibrant capital region. The city center can be reached quickly by S-Bahn. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of Wildau, which captivates with its green surroundings and its proximity to Berlin's waters. The apartment is top modern, spacious and can accommodate up to four people on two floors. The space Ber Airport CAN be reached in about 15 minutes by car. You can also take the Berlin S-Bahn or the bus to the airport. After consultation, we can pick you up or drop off from the airport. Berlin's city center and numerous attractions can be easily reached by S-Bahn. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from Zeuthen S-Bahn station and is in the immediate vicinity of the Dahme and Zeuthen Lake. In just two minutes walk you can reach Fontaneplatz with public water access. From there, you can explore the Berlin waters by sup, for example. Wildau also has a direct highway connection to the A10. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to four people on two floors and is tastefully furnished. In the lower level there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Through an internal staircase you can reach from the living room a bright, large bedroom with a comfortable double bed as well as a second smaller bedroom with two single beds. There is also another small bathroom on the upper floor with toilet and sink for use at night. The green parks and waterfront promenades allow you to enjoy nature and spend relaxing hours outdoors. Especially the Wildau City Park is a popular place for walks and picnics. Exclusions: The apartment is not accessible because of the stairs. Smoking and open fire in the house/apartment is not allowed as well as pets. Due to the stairs to the bedroom, the apartment is not suitable for small children (risk of falling), children from 10 years are welcome. Unfortunately, no parties are permitted. Important note to severe cat allergy sufferers! In the house in the apartment downstairs live 2 dear cats, sometimes the books are also available for exploration:-).
