Large architect's house in the countryside of 250 m2 and 5000 m2 of land for 6 people, with spa for 6 people, swimming pool 12 m x 4 m, petanque court 12 m x 4 m, terraces and outdoor spaces for relaxation and games. House only for families and who want a vacation to get together, quiet, close to the ocean and mountains. You will be in the countryside, on the edge of a forest, 1 hour from the ocean, its beaches and 50 minutes from the mountain. View forests and mountains (Pyrenees). there are 200 m2 on one level and one floor not rented (we store our belongings there when renting) of 50m2. On the ground floor you will find: - 1 kitchen (with everything you need to cook) and 1 living room (with a large sofa)- dining room with TV - 2 children's bedrooms (with 1 single bed in each room 200x90 for one and 195x90 for the other) and their shared bathroom - 1 adult bedroom (with a double bed of 190 by 140), its independent bathroom and TV - 1 games room (with table football, TV, treadmill and exercise bike, various board games and books) - 1 adult bedroom (with a 200x180 XL double bed), independent bathroom and TV Outside on the 5000m2 of land: - 200 m2 of wooden terrace with spa (optional), ping pong table, dining table, chairs and sunbeds - swimming pool 12 m by 4 m (1.5 m deep) with secure submerged electric shutter, small beach for wading, 100 m2 of terrace, shower and sunbeds - a pétanque court 12 m by 4 m - various games (2 football cages, 1 basketball basket, 5 bikes, 1 large trampoline and other outdoor games) - BBQ - an orchard Pets not allowed. Parties and parties prohibited. Accommodation rented only for families (maximum 6 people). Guest access Access to the garage and the upstairs bedroom is not allowed. Other things to note Please read the rules of procedure in full (in the "rules of procedure" section). There is no cleaning fee included in the rental price, so the accommodation must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived, i.e. clean and tidy: - Bathrooms (washbasins, showers and bathtubs) and toilets cleaned - Cleaned oven and tidied dishes - refrigerator cleaned - etc Pets not allowed. Parties and parties prohibited. House for families only (maximum 4 adults and 2 children). The following services are paid options: - 6-seater spa (€25 for the 1st day then €20 for each additional day) - linens: bed sheets and towels/bath for 1 or 2 people (€20 per bed whether single or double) - cleaning done by a company (€390) Following a number of disappointments (damage and/or cleaning not done), a deposit cheque of €1,000 will be requested upon arrival. It will either be destroyed or cashed in within 48 hours (to have time to check everything inside and outside the house) after your departure.
