L'Arche - Architect's house, quiet and countryside.

Large architect's house in the countryside of 250 m2 and 5000 m2 of land for 6 people, with spa for 6 people, 12 m x 4 m swimming pool, 12 m x 4 m petanque court, terraces and outdoor spaces for relaxation and games. House only for families and those who want a vacation to get together, quiet, close to the ocean and mountains. You will be in the countryside, on the edge of a forest, 1 hour from the ocean, its beaches and 50 minutes from the mountains. House labeled 4 ⭐️ by Gîtes de France The space Large architect's house in the countryside of 250 m2 and 5000 m2 of land, for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children), in a quiet village. Forest and mountain views (Pyrenees). There are 200 m2 on one level and an unrented floor (we store our belongings there during rentals) of 50 m2. On the ground floor you will find: - 1 kitchen (with everything you need to cook) and 1 living room (with a large sofa) - dining room with TV - 2 children's bedrooms (with 1 single bed in each bedroom 200 x 90 for one and 195 x 90 for the other) and their shared bathroom - 1 adult bedroom (with a double bed of 190 by 140), its independent bathroom and TV - 1 games room (with foosball table, TV, treadmill and exercise bike, various board games and books) - 1 adult bedroom (with a 200 x 180 XL double bed), its independent bathroom and TV Outside on the 5000 m2 of land: - 200 m2 wooden terrace with spa (optional), ping pong table, dining table, chairs and deckchairs - 12 m by 4 m swimming pool (1.5 m deep) with secure submerged electric shutter, small beach for paddling, 100 m2 terrace, shower and deckchairs - a 12 m by 4 m petanque court - various games (2 football cages, 1 basketball basket, 5 bicycles, 1 large trampoline and other outdoor games) - a barbecue - an orchard No pets. Parties and events are prohibited. Accommodation rented only for families (maximum 6 people). Guest access Access to the garage and upstairs bedroom is not allowed. Other things to note Please read the house rules in full (in the "House Rules" section). There is no cleaning fee included in the rental rate, so the property must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived, namely clean and tidy: - bathrooms (sinks, showers and bathtubs) and toilets cleaned - oven cleaned and dishes put away - refrigerator cleaned - etc No pets. Parties and events prohibited. House intended only for families (maximum 4 adults and 2 children). The following services are available as paid options: - 6-seater spa (€25 on the 1st day then €20 per additional day) - linens: sheets for beds and towels/bath for 1 or 2 people (€20 per bed whether single or double) - cleaning done by a company (€390) Following a number of disappointments (damage and/or cleaning not done), a deposit check of €1000 will be requested upon arrival. It will be either destroyed or cashed, within 48 hours (in order to have time to check everything inside and outside the house) after your departure.
