Falkennest-Haus

In the immediate vicinity of the Franconian Lake District as well as Nuremberg and on the edge of the Altmühltal Nature Park, you can enjoy beautiful hours in the small village of Lay! Our "Falkennest-Haus" from 1937, which we have lovingly renovated, consists of two separate apartments, which can be wonderfully combined for a large group. The special charm of old walls mixed with modern elements and the latest furnishings makes your stay a unique experience! The space Our "Falkennest-Haus" consists of two separate apartments: the "Großes Falkennest" (96 m² on the ground floor and 1st floor) in the green style and the "Little Hawk's Nest" (33 m² on the 2nd floor and attic) in pink style. The large apartment offers a dining kitchen, which can accommodate 10 people with an extendable table. You will also find a living room with sofa bed (160 x 200), a large bathroom and a wardrobe on the ground floor. A bright staircase leads to the two bedrooms on the 1st floor. The first bedroom with double bed (180 × 200) can be extended by a baby bed if necessary. The second bedroom with two single beds (120 x 200) is offered to you with a small play corner if necessary - but it can just as well be occupied by two adults. The small apartment is on the 2nd floor and the open attic of the residential building. A double bed, a dining table, a small kitchenette (without oven) as well as toilet and bathroom are located on the lower level - all combined in an open space. A folding ladder leads you to the gallery-like attic, where there are two more beds. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided. Pets are not allowed in our apartment. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are not allowed in our vacation home.
